With over 10 years of academic and professional experience, Dr. Kayyali has contributed to the advancement of higher education systems in more than 40 countries. He currently serves as the Manager of QA and Accreditation Centre at Maaref University of Applied Sciences and is the Founder and Director of the HE Higher Education Ranking Initiative. He is also the author or editor of over 20 books and 80 book chapters and papers in the fields of higher education, AI, academic quality, internationalization, and ethics in education.
